The seller
Scrollcore sells phone cases online to customers in the United States. Questions: hello@scrollcore.ca.
What you are buying
You choose the colour, the phone model, and a quantity from 1 to 5 on the product page. Those choices are sent with the order. If the model does not match the phone you own, the case may not fit. Please confirm it before you pay.
Aero, Ridge, and Trail are the same tough two-layer case. They differ by design: Check, Wave, and Chrome SC. Lumen is a clear case with MagSafe, for iPhone 14 and newer. We do not state drop ratings, weights, recycled content, or an anti-yellow coating.
Price, tax, and shipping
Prices on the site are in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order to a US address. There is no free-shipping threshold.
We ship to US addresses only. We do not ship outside the United States right now.
Payment
Stripe processes the payment. Scrollcore stores no card data. Order details are shared with the print and fulfilment partner only to make and ship the order. Stripe's terms apply to the payment step.
Making and delivery
Printed to order in the US. Ships in 2–5 business days, then about 3–4 business days in transit. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is emailed once the order ships. We deliver to the US address you give at checkout.
Returns and replacements
You may return an unused case in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@scrollcore.ca to start the return. We do not accept returns of cases that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered.
Defective or misprinted cases are replaced free. Email a photo within 30 days of delivery.
What we do and do not claim
- All cases work with wireless charging.
- Only Lumen has MagSafe built in, and only for iPhone 14 and newer.
- Chrome SC on Trail is a printed chrome look. It is not a metal shell.
- We do not sell Google Pixel cases or screen protectors.
Law
Scrollcore is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this clause takes away any protection you have under the consumer protection laws of the US state where you live, which still apply where they cannot be waived. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

The version of these terms posted on this page when you pay applies to that order. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
